A nature-inspired parent/child yoga & mindfulness class!

We'll engage and explore our senses, move our bodies, and end with a mindful activity and a short story time.

Age appropriate with partner activities for both parent and child! Come discover the outdoors in a completely new way.

Please note there are no make ups, refunds, or class visitors, no exceptions. Any child participant of any age must sign up to keep the class size small and within CDC guidelines.
