Summer 2019

Tiny Treks is a play-based outdoor forest program for toddlers, preschoolers and school age children.. Parents attend all sessions and embark on nature adventures together with their children. Through a STEAM curriculum we teach science, critical thinking, math, pre-literacy, social emotional development and art exploration. We believe nature is our best classroom, and that kids learn best through experiential learning outdoors.

Tiny Treks explores the beautiful Northern California hills, beaches and parks in its fun summer and school year programs. Through our rich STEAM curriculum with a focus on social emotional learning we lift up logs and count ants, explore our senses, dig in the mud, run through meadows, walk to historic farms, wade in creeks and nurture curiosity.

Together we foster a love of the outdoors.

  • Tiny Treks Children must be 24 months old by September 1st, 2019. (2 years-5years)

  • Teeny Tiny Treks Children must be 15 months by September 1st 2019. (15 months-2.5 years)

Join us for our NEW 2019 summer themed program. Most of our families find that the community we build each week is hard to let go. We hope you will love being a part of the Tiny Treks family and encourage all families to join us for our school year program too!

Let’s Go On A Scavenger Hunt – In this fun-filled camp in June families will learn and explore together through scavenger hunts and games. Early literacy, math, science and critical thinking begin as toddlers/preschoolers match photos and pictures with what they observe in nature.

Come Fly with Us! - Learn about birds, butterflies and bees in this action packed camp. Our focus is on how and why things fly. We will make developmentally appropriate hypotheses and discoveries together through crafts, books, observations, songs and movement.

Let's Go Camping - Each day we will take on a new expedition with bug boxes, mock camping gear and sing-a-longs. Problem-solving skills and teamwork will go hand in hand as our Tiny Trekkers go “camping”.
