Pamela Worth founded Tiny Treks in 1997 as a creative alternative to indoor parent participation programs. Pamela combines her vast child development knowledge and teaching experience to present a dynamic program for young children. She taught elementary school for 12 years. She was a mentor teacher, curriculum developer and also led workshops for teachers. Currently she is a parent educator and lectures in many school settings (please see the Parent Education page for more information). Pamela has a Bachelor's in Psychology and Early Childhood Development from the University of Illinois. She holds a Masters Degree in Education and Child Development from National University and has taken extensive coursework beyond her masters in psychology, education and child development. Most importantly, she and her husband have four wonderful children. Pam directs Tiny Treks in California, Chicago, and Seattle. She is available to answer any questions at pam@tinytreks.com.
All our teachers are trained by Pam Worth. They combine a love of nature with extensive experience working with children. All of our staff use our specially designed curriculum which combines movement, music, projects and the great outdoors. Each of our teachers also incorporates their own magic into each weekly session of our unique and fun-filled program.
Our office staff is always working in the background to ensure our program runs smoothly. We are always available to answer any questions about the program. Please contact info@tinytreks.com for more information.
