We can help you create a magical party for your child! Our Tiny Treks “Explorer” will come to your child’s birthday and entertain your guests. Each celebration will begin with a fun, creative craft project tailored to a selected birthday theme, followed by a musical circle time with the group. We will make the birthday child feel special as we sing and dance. The “Explorer” will then lead the children on a theme-related exploration or hike, followed by a delicious birthday treat.

All Tiny Treks birthday parties include the activities mentioned above, plus something special for each of the many wonderful birthday themes we offer:

butterfly birthday – The “Butterfly Explorer” will give each child a special butterfly net to go on our butterfly exploration. We will have fun catching butterflies, marvel at their beautiful shapes and colors, then let them go free.

ladybug birthday – The “Ladybug Explorer” will give each child a bug box to go on our ladybug exploration. We will ‘plant’ ladybugs, so each child can have a special ladybug in their bug box to look at and examine. At the end of the party we will let the ladybugs go free.

cricket birthday – The “Cricket Explorer” will give each child a bug box to go on our cricket exploration. We will ‘plant’ crickets, so each child can have a special cricket in their bug box to look at and examine. At the end of the party we will let the crickets go free.

garden party birthday – The “Garden Explorer” will take the children on a garden exploration, then show them how to decorate their own planter and start their own garden with either vegetable or flower seeds.

nature parade birthday – The “Nature Parade Explorer” will show the children how to decorate a musical instrument, then take them on a musical nature hike, singing and dancing along the way. We will focus on all the sounds we hear in nature and try to imitate some of the birds and animals we may hear.

things that change birthday – The “Things That Change Explorer” will lead the children on either a caterpillars-to-butterflies or tadpoles-to-frogs exploration, then create a craft that matches the chosen theme. We will take a hike looking for the changing insects or reptiles, and explore the area for other things that change.

custom parties – We can help you assemble elements of any theme party or create an entirely different party to meet your needs.

All of our parties are outdoors. However, if the weather does not permit going outdoors, we will be prepared to tweak the party to incorporate more indoor crafts, songs and games.

party packages
basic party – A 1.5 hour party with one of our craft themes included. Bug boxes or butterfly nets will be loaned to children, to be returned to Tiny Treks at the end of the party. A Tiny Treks teacher will come and lead the party for 75 minutes, and the birthday party family will provide cake and drinks for 15 minutes.

ultimate party – A 1.5 hour party with one of our craft themes included. Bug boxes or butterfly nets will be given to the children to keep. A Tiny Treks teacher will come and lead the party for 75 minutes, and the birthday party family will provide cake and drinks for 15 minutes.

super ultimate party – A 1.5 hour party with one of our craft themes included. Bug boxes or butterfly nets will be given to the children to keep. A Tiny Treks teacher will come and lead the party for 1.5 hours, and will provide a theme-related snack and goody bags.
