Mother and child enjoying a Tiny Treks hike.
Tiny Treks explores the beautiful San Francisco Bay Area hills, beaches and parks in its fun summer and school-year programs. Walk llamas up a mountain, catch peeper frogs in a meadow, wade in a creek, hike to historic farms and more.
The short summer session will give you a "taste of Tiny Treks". Explore open spaces, gardens, creeks and more!
Our in-depth school year session helps families explore the natural world around them through short, stimulating hikes, delightful stories, healthy snacks, and circle time with music, movement, finger plays, and lots of laughter.
A few weeks before your Tiny Treks session begins, you will receive a beautiful information guide outlining all our destinations, with interesting facts about each place we visit and detailed driving directions. Our information guide will be a resource you use over and over again long after your Tiny Treks class ends.
We offer classes for ages 18 months to 6 years. Siblings under 18 months are also welcome! One adult participant per family is required for all summer and school year sessions. School year sessions have rolling admission, first-come, first-served.
